Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
I offer classes and 6 week courses online via zoom- courtesy of Cwm-ni-iach (get in touch for details).
I also offer sessions outdoors, in nature, when the weather permits. To me, being in Nature, amongs the trees, birds and elements, is the perfect way to drop in to a sense of connection, contentment and inner peace. I would be delighted for you to join me. All proceeds of outdoor mindfulness sessions go to The Woodland Trust Charity.
